Health
Your Apple Health day at a glance, a daily note from Ody, and questions answered with your numbers.
Health is a workspace of the iPhone app (open the drawer, then Health). It reads Apple Health — sleep, activity, heart and recovery, body and mood — and shows your day with Ody, whose mood follows it: Well rested, On the move, A little under-slept, Taking it easy today…

Your data and the daily note
Connect Apple Health asks iOS for read access. Your health data stays on the iPhone. If you agree to May Ody write you notes?, a short summary of the day's numbers — never the raw data — goes to the AI provider set up on your computer, which writes a note about your day. Notes are kept on the phone only, encrypted while it is locked and never backed up. Turn the notes off, or Clear archive, from Health options. Pull down to have the note written again.
Calendar and reports
The This week card opens a calendar of past days by Week, Month, Quarter or Year, with the trend of each. Tap a day for its numbers and the note it got. After each finished week, month, quarter and year, a report is written on the next visit — a headline, insights, a comparison with the period before, an idea to try — shown on the calendar and on its own page.

Asking about it
Ask about your day… sends a question to a new chat with your numbers attached (Why do I feel tired today?, Should I train hard today?), and the answer works from them. The chat shows what was sent as a small health card. Detail pages, past days and reports have their own suggested questions. When a note says something worth keeping, Remember adds it to your memory.
