Schedules & quotas
Tasks that run on their own, and a PM that deals work according to your coding plans' limits.
Scheduled tasks
A task can run inside a group without you starting it — once at a set time, or on a schedule. In Philharmonic's Dashboard → Schedule, Schedule task asks for a Title, a Description, the Group it runs in, and either One-off (a date and time) or Recurring (Every day at 9:00 AM, Every Monday at 9:00 AM, or Custom).
The tab lists Upcoming one-off tasks and Recurring ones with their last
and next run; each task shows its state (Pending, Running, Completed,
Waiting…) and priority. When a task runs, the group's PM takes it as a
round of its own, marked Scheduled in its decision process. The CLI lists
them too: actovia tasks.

Quota-aware dealing
Claude Code and Codex plans have usage limits — a 5-hour window, a weekly window, sometimes a limit per model. Actovia reads what each CLI reports about them, and the Members panel shows each coding agent's line (5h 42%, week 87%, or limit reached · resets …).
The PM takes that into account when it hands out steps:
- Hard steps go to the stronger model, easy ones to the lighter one.
- Near a limit it moves a step to a lighter model or runs it anyway, and says why, with the numbers.
- When a limit has been reached, it waits: the step is parked and a one-off task is scheduled for just after the reset, where it shows in Schedule. The group carries on with that step when the window opens again.
An employee whose CLI has refused for its quota is not given new steps until
the window resets. See also actovia quota.
