Chat Audit
Ask questions of your own history in SQL.
Settings → Developer → Chat Audit is a SQL console over a copy of your
data. Build snapshot copies your chats, messages, Philharmonic group
messages and PM decisions, and your logs into a
DuckDB file (~/.actovia/analytics/), with any API key
masked out; Rebuild refreshes it. Open folder shows the file, so you can
open it in any DuckDB client too.
The tables are chats, messages, logs, group_messages and
pm_round_events. Write a query in the editor (with completion for table and
column names) and run it with Run query or ⌘↩. Results show up to 500 rows
and can be saved with Download CSV.
Presets get you started: Prompt cache by run, Messages per day (30
days), Tool calls, Longest chats, Errors by model, Activity by
hour (UTC), Search message text, Log entries by scope & severity and
PM decisions by group. Usage is counted in tokens (input_tokens,
output_tokens, cache_read_tokens… on messages); Actovia keeps no prices.
The console is read-only: a query cannot change your data, and cannot read other files on your computer.
