Every shortcut in the desktop app.
The same list is in Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts. On Windows and Linux, read Ctrl for ⌘.

File → New Chat, Settings… and Lock Now in the menu bar work from anywhere in the app, Philharmonic and Settings included.
